Emily Grizzell

In her former life, Emily was a Soloist with Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet. Throughout her career, she cherished performing dramatic roles in numerous ballets including ‘Juliet‘ in Rudi van Danzig’s Romeo and Juliet, ‘Wendy’ in Jorden Morris’ Peter Pan, ‘The Cowgirl’ in Agnes de Mille’s Rodeo, and Nancy (Cinderella) in Val Caniparoli’s Cinderella. She now trains the next generation of dancers as a faculty member at Spokane Ballet Studio and is currently enjoying a second act in dance as a member of Quiero Flamenco. This year, she looks forward to a new perspective at the front of the studio as a choreographer in Rising Tide.
