About the Workshop:
EMBODIED ALTARS is a dance technique that weaves both ancient and contemporary movement and encourages authentic exploration and storytelling. The class utilizes Indigenous principles within movement as a way to practice gratitude, honor the land, and recognize our ancestors. The class is designed for both Indigenous and non-indigenous peoples and welcomes all who are interested in movement, intention setting, and a discovery of their own stories!
