Monica Mota is Director of Quiero Flamenco. She created the company as a way to bring Flamenco to the Inland Northwest. To date, she has produced a performance each year since founding Quiero Flamenco in 2017 with 2019's show (Flamenco Aire) receiving a Spokane Arts grant and taking place at the Bing Crosby Theater.

Audrey Parks
operations Manager
Audrey’s journey in dance began in Bend, Oregon, where she immersed herself in styles ranging from jazz to contemporary. She earned her BA in Dance Pedagogy and Perfomance from Gonzaga University, where her passion for dance expanded beyond the studio and into the world of arts administration.
Audrey has contributed to the production side of dance through roles in stage management, program design, and event coordination. She supported the American College Dance Association (ACDA) regional conference at Gonzaga, stage-managed numerous studio and university performances across the Northwest, and helped bring the inaugural Kindling Dance Productions’ Ghostlight experience to life.
Her deep roots as a choreographer and educator—working with dancers aged 3 to 80—inform her administrative work. She understands how to craft events that feel effortless for performers and audiences alike, while honoring the creative complexity behind the scenes.
Audrey is passionate about building dance experiences that are thoughtful, organized, and creatively rich, supporting dancers, educators, and communities with care and clarity. Now based in Spokane, she’s excited to continue shaping spaces where art and logistics meet with purpose.
